Karl Lagerfeld's Holographic Avatar

The 4DMotion agency asked us to urgently create an animated avatar of Karl Lagerfeld, for a holographic appearance at the start of the brand's fashion show.
So we created, from scratch = from photos and videos taken from the web, this animated avatar of KL.

The model was rigged/skinned, and animated from Motion Capture.
We then generated it in vertical 4K video, for HD holographic projection.

The entire process was carried out in a rush = 10 days
