Findomestic is the first bank in Europe to offer its customers an online Conversational Avatar. Developed by Effigy in Paris, in close collaboration with the BNP Group's IT team, “Fiona” is connected to the bank's servers and the Mistral LLM.
She will soon have secure access to the user's account and will be able to manage everyday banking transactions vocally. On the Findomestic website, you can therefore speak with Fiona, which works on all devices equipped with a microphone, or exchange text messages on the conversation bubble interface (+clickable links). Available 24/7, Fiona is surprisingly quick at chatting; she will respond exclusively in Italian, a deliberate choice to save a few tenths of a second. Her hyper-realistic appearance is the result of full 3D rendering in real time via pixel streaming.
